These plastic faux-velvet covered Cowboy Hats are the perfect western wedding favors. Fill the hats with candy or mints, even seeds or seedlings. They are 1" tall x 3" wide, and are available in White, Black, or Ivory. Sold by the dozen. Contents not included.
