After the ceremony you can take your unity candle ensemble to your reception and incorporate it into the centerpiece decorations at the head table. Long after the festivities are over you can even celebrate anniversaries with the very same candlelight by which you took your vows!
Depending on your location we will ship your candle at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday) to help prevent your candle from melting inside a hot UPS warehouse over the weekend.
Also, during the summer months we ship out candles with ice packs free of charge to prevent heat damage to your candle. Ice packs are effective for two days, after which time we cannot guarantee the candle's condition upon arrival.

Through September 30th we cannot honor damage claims for candles shipped to any of the states below via UPS ground. For this reason we strongly recommend candle orders placed from the following states use upgraded shipping to ensure delivery in three days or less:

Candle orders placed from Alaska and Hawaii during the summer months must upgrade to 2nd day air. Three-day delivery is unavailable for these states.
Summer Shipping Tips
During the hot summer months, even candles shipped with ice packs may be damaged if the package is left outside on a porch or doorstep. If possible, have your candle shipped to a business address or to a location where someone will be home during the day to receive it.
Lighting Tip:
Candles made of high-quality smokeless dripless wax will still burn faster and will drip if placed near a fan or window, or in a very hot room. If your church will have ceiling fans, etc., in operation during your ceremony, be sure to trim your wick to 1/4" or less (allows for a smaller flame) and place protective covering beneath the candle.
